Aleksandr Hleb

Former Arsenal midfielder Aleksandr Hleb appears to be on his way out of Barcelona , with several English clubs waiting in the wings.

According to AS, the Belarusian was left out of the Barcelona squad travelling to Norway for a pre-season warm up against Valerenga.

Aston Villa, Sunderland and West Ham have shown interest in Hleb, while Tottenham and Liverpool are also rumoured to be linked with a move for the player.

AS said Barcelona would be willing to offload the 29-year-old for around 5 million euros, significantly less than the 12 million the Catalan club paid Arsenal for him in 2008.
