Inter Milan are reportedly chasing Tottenham's Gareth Bale and are ready to offer Sulley Muntari in a part-exchange deal.

The Italian paper Corriere dello Sport estimates that Tottenham Manager Harry Redknapp would demand at least 10 million euros plus the Ghana central midfield man, who he coached at Portsmouth, in exchange for his hugely talented left-back.

Bale was instrumental in Tottenham's qualification for the Champions League, turning in some inspirational performances in the north Londoners' tough run-in and bagging what turned out to be winning goals against both Chelsea and Arsenal.

The Welshman has reportedly also attracted attention from Inter's rivals, AC Milan, as well as fellow Serie A side Juventus .

The 20-year-old is valued at 10-15 million euros and his newly-signed contract expires at the end of the 2013/2014 season.

25-year-old Muntari, valued at 15 million euros, is contracted to Inter until the end of season 2012/2013.

He has been linked with a host of other clubs, including Everton, says the Corriere dello Sport.

Muntari is a bit part player at Inter, brought on to close down games. Bale is the kind of player able to set alight games, Bit part player plus €10M is way short of the mark, and indicates this is is a piece of newspaper kite-flying rather than a real story.

I am sick of pathetic reumors that Bale will leave. He recently signed a new contract which indicates that he is happy at Spurs. Write sbout something else to keep busy.

"Tottenham Manager Harry Redknapp would demand at least 10 million euros plus the Ghana central midfield man." The Italian press haven't got a clue!

If there's one thing we know about Rafa it's that he buys pony players (so why go for Bale?) and pays at least 100% over the odds for them. But 10-15 million for Bale? Bore off!

Harry is more likely to prefer Lasana Diarra than Sulley. He's the better player, and would need to be replaced for 2 months every other year during the ACN. And that deal won't need a trade!
