Giampaolo Pazzini
New Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has reportedly handed the Eastlands owners a list of transfer targets and according to The Sun, Sampdoria striker Giampaolo Pazzini is high up on it.
Pazzini only joined Sampdoria a year ago from Fiorentina, but has made quite an impact in Serie A, having scored 11 goals at the back end of last season and 8 so far this term. His record in Italy's top division is roughly one goal every two games.
Mancini will hope that his Italian connections will help him land Pazzini for Manchester City , although Sampdoria have reportedly rejected approaches from Manchester United and Chelsea already. The 25 year-old has already played for Italy 5 times, finding the net once. He is considered to be an all round top striker with pace, strength and good aerial ability and he could add yet another dimension to Manchester City 's attacking options.
