The Manchester Evening News reports today that Manchester United are building up a scouting dossier on Panathinaikos ’ highly-rated 20-year-old attacking midfielder Sotiris Ninis .

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has sent representatives to watch the Greek international in a number of matches in 2010.

The Premier League champions could well make a move for Ninis before he goes to the World Cup and the versatile midfielder, who speaks English, fits Manchester United ’s policy of buying young up-and-coming talent.

Ninis, the youngest ever player to appear for Panathinaikos and now captain of the Greek giants, has played 36 games this season, scoring four goals and providing five assists.

Scouts in Greece describe Ninis as talented, fast and a good dribbler. He knows that he is at the beginning of his career and he works hard to improve as he is ambitious. He prefers the playmaker role on the pitch however, he can utilized in the right side of midfield as well.

The only experience and knowledge i've got about this guy is that he gets really good in FIFA 10 manager mode but thats not saying much according to them Freddie Sears [who apparantly plays for West Ham] should be an England regular by now!!!!!!
