The Italian prime minister said yesterday, after Milan’s victory on penalties over Juventus in a friendly, "The market is closed; Milan must find the desire to win with the great players we have."
AC Milan signed Flavio Roma, Oguchi Onyewu, Thiago Silva and Klaas-Jan Huntelaar this summer, but crucially sold talisman Kaka to Real Madrid.
