Edin Dzeko
Bosnian striker
Edin Dzeko has announced that he will not be leaving German Bundesliga champions Wolfsburg during January's transfer window, although he still appears set to move at the end of the season.
Dzeko has established himself as one of the most talented young strikers in Europe, scoring 26 goals as Wolfsburg stormed to the title last season. On the international stage, the 23 year old has scored an impressive 14 goals in 23 matches and was instrumental in Bosnia's near qualification for next year's World Cup.

The Bosnian striker is wanted by AC Milan and the Serie A side are believed to be lining up another bid after failing to tempt Wolfsburg to sell last summer.
"A transfer in the winter is not an issue at all," Djeko told Sport Bild magazine, though he did not comment on his plans after that time.
Despite AC Milan's interest last summer, Dzeko was persuaded to stay and extend his contract until 2013 by the manager Armin Veh.
One condition of the new deal, though, was that a release clause was inserted allowing him to join Milan, or any other club willing to match an agreed transfer fee of around €20m from next summer.
Veh appears resigned to losing Dzeko and has already begun looking for the Bosnian's replacement. "We are scouring the market," Veh said.
