The English FA have circulated a list of unlicensed agents who the governing body have warned clubs not to do business with.

The FA will slap sanctions on the clubs that use unlicensed operators in any transfer deals. According to the FA, the list is confidential and has been drawn up to aid clubs in their transfer activity.

Charles Sale in the Daily Mail has revealed that the "agents' rogues gallery includes former players Tony Finnigan, Mitchell Thomas, Mark Aizlewood, Edwin Stein and Ricky Hill."

The Daily Mail scribe details how England captain John Terry may be on collision course with the FA after including his advisor and close friend Aaron Lincoln on the list.

Sale: "Lincoln has never once purported to be a licensed agent and others within his specialist organisation who have the necessary qualifications deal with all of Terry's business that come within an agent's regulated scope of work."
