Copa Libertadores holders Estudiantes host Boca in the main match of round six of the Apertura.

Los Pinchas are in first place after five games, but will miss their most in-form attacker Mauroi Boselli who has netted five goals and assisted twice this season. He won't be able to play against Boca as the away side own half of his registration. Veteran Jose Calderon is expected to take Boselli's place up front, alongside Juan Manuel Salgueiro.

Estudiantes captain Juan Veron, who didn't play in the last round defeat against Huracan (4-1), due to a stiff muscle, has recovered and is expected to take his place in midfield on Saturday. Estudiantes will seek a win to prove their credentials for staying top of the table and potentially winning the Apertura.

Boca come into this game after a rough week that saw coach Alfio Basile resign and then withdraw his threat to quit. They will have to manage without playmaker Juan Riquelme (sprained ankle),youngster Ricardo Noir (torn ligament) and Claudio Morel Rodriguez.

Basile wanted to quit after a bad opening to the Apertura 2009 (Boca has won only one match of 5). In addition they were also knocked out from the Sudamericana tournament by Velez, showing a below par performance in spite of their highly-rated, talented squad.
