Pavlyuchenko, Tottenham's fourth choice striker
Fulham are preparing a January offer for Tottenham and Russia striker
Roman Pavlyuchenko , according to a report in The People this morning.
Dave Kidd writes: "Craven Cottage boss Roy Hodgson enquired about the striker when Spurs pipped him to the signing of Peter Crouch in the summer. And he is ready to tempt Spurs again, either with a cutprice £7m bid or the offer of a loan deal for the player."
Kidd adds: "Hodgson is desperate for a goalscorer and Pavlyuchenko has handed Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp an ultimatum: Pick me, or I quit in January."
Pavlyuchenko, who is currently suffering a slight Achilles problem, was not part of the Spurs squad for the 2-2 draw at Bolton yesterday.
The 27-year-old has made two substitute appearances for Spurs in the Premier League this season.
