Senna, scored the opener in the first leg against Arsenal
Villareal have a major injury worry over defensive midfielder Marcos Senna who strained his left hamstring in the 2-0 defeat by Malaga last night.
According to the official Villareal website, Senna, who scored the opener in the first game last week, is now expected to miss the match at the Emirates on Wednesday after limping off the field with ten minutes remaining.
Senna will undergo tests today to confirm the extent of the injury, but coach Manuel Pellegrini has admitted that "our injury problems are making life difficult."
Arsenal also have their own injury worries as Johan Djourou was stretchered off with a knee injury during the 4-1 win at Wigan yesterday.
William Gallas was ruled out for the season after picking up a knee injury in the first leg and Mikael Silvestre, who scored yesterday, is now expected to start against the Spanish side in the second leg.
